What is amazing things about the new exhibit called “Spiro and the Art of the Mississippian World,” besides featuring about 178 pieces, is you will find a variety of everything from stone, to wood, copper to textiles and basketry. These artifacts, buried in Spiro, Oklahoma can now be seen at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. This exhibit tells the story of our ancestors!
