The Executive Director of Not Your Average Joe they wanted to serve exceptional coffee but they employ people who were marginalized. And now every time they open a store, they are able to hire eight to twelve adults with special needs! You can order breakfast burritos, quiche, lunch items, homemade ice cream smoothies and fraps but don’t forget you will have incredible people also serving up an amazing cup of coffee!
